The personal information we collect about you

  • Your payment information and other financial information (for example, the name of your bank or payment method provider, as well as your account number and sort code); and

These exceptions include situations where the collection is required or authorised by law or authorized to take appropriate action in response to suspected unlawful activity or serious misconduct. For example, we might collect your biometric information when confirming your identity.

We also collect information about other people from You (for example, the names of the recipients of Your money transfers), if You provide us with such information. In providing this information, you confirm to us that you have obtained all necessary permissions from them for the reasonable use of their information for the purposes and in the manner described in this policy, or are otherwise permitted to give us this information on their behalf. How do we protect your Personal Information?

We are required or authorized to collect certain identification information about you by the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 and the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Rules Instrument 2007

Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes, to comply with our obligations under applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to our anti-money laundering obligations, and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion.
